The Manly Warringah Football Referees Association not only runs advanced courses but also advises its members of externally hosted sessions that will aid their refereeing development.
Such is the great importance that the MWFRA places on referee development that it will cover the course fees of any member who undertakes an advanced course either internally or externally. For more information about this arrangement, contact your MWFRA Vice President.
Generally, MWFRA Course Coordinator Steve Smit leads at least one Football Federation Australia Level 3 Referee course a season and usually it takes place at the start of the year. FFA Level 3 Referee is the accreditation of most of the Men’s Premier League referees.
All upcoming courses, irrespective of accreditation level, will be announced on the MWFRA website and communicated to the MWFA and its clubs, as well as MWFRA members.
